I had all that food in NYC, Reubens too. New York food tastes good but isn't that healthy. California is the only state that can support healthy restaurants on a large scale. A chain like this couldn't survive outside CA but they finally are opening one in Manhattan after like 15 years in CA: https://www.veggiegrill.com/. Would never work in NYC suburbs.

Certain neighborhoods in Chicago are good for places like that (there are four Veggie Grills around downtown), but we'll see how it goes...
