Probably something inspired by Cuba, PR, Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina because those countries are the most interesting to me.

Maybe an Argentina with more habitants and higher ashkenazi percentages, a capitalist unequal Cuba or a sucessfull still chaotic and more portuguese version of Venezuela. But those countries are already very interesting with their peculiar vibes. A more anglo-saxon american version of CR/PR would also be interesting places.

-A united Great Colombia, if the great Colombia would haven't split in three countries. By the way, "Great Colombia" is a made up term invented to differentiate that great country from modern Colombia. The country's name was actually just Colombia.

If all North America would have remained all Spanish in Colonial times, bluntly rejecting any intent from French, British or Dutch to colonize and settle it:

-Mexico with all its territories up north (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California), without losing them.

-A Northwestern "Chile-Like" coastal Pacific Spanish speaking country with a similar demography to Chile: Mostly Euro leaning mestizo with more Spanish than Amerindian contribution, with a substantial white minority (around 30% of its population, most of them a mix of Spanish with some other added European contributions like British, German, Croatian, etc). This country would occupy the Northwestern quadrant of current US, Alaska and the western half of Canada.

-An "Argentina-like" spanish speaking country occupying most of the eastern half of the North American continent with similar demography as current Argentina: a mostly white/near white region along the Atlantic coast, and extending inland into Appalachia, of mostly Spanish or Spanish/Italian descent. Out of this Atlantic-Appalachian region, as you move inland towards the west the population would turn into being more mestizo/harnizo/castizo. Some few German towns here and there, but most of the Euro contribution of this country being Spanish or Spanish/Italian.

-A south eastern Spanish speaking North American country, including the current territories of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. A country with a similar racial composition as Cuba or Puerto Rico towards the south-east and the coasts (territories of current Florida, coastal Georgia, coastal south Carolina, southern parts of current Georgia Alabama and Mississippi, plus Louisiana): ie, lots of whites/near whites of full or mostly Spanish descent, but also many black admixed people. As you move towards the north and northwest (inner south Carolina, North Carolina, Northern Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi and Tennessee) the demography turns into being more something like like Paraguay: mostly mestizo/Euromestizo and good numbers of withes near-whites.

-Maybe some inland landlocked Spanish speaking Paraguay-like country in the heartland of the North American continent: mostly mestizo or Euro mestizo.

    Que tal?

A monocultural/monolingual Hispaniola would be a wet dream. The entire island was meant to be the DR initially. Too bad things happened.

Also, just imagine if the Antilles were one single country-archipielago similar to current Bahamas or Philippines.

No offense to the Brazilians, but just imagine if Brasil was entirely Spanish-speaking instead of Portuguese.

A Spanish-speaking Jamaica would be interesting too.

Surinam, the Guyanas, yes, those should be Hispanic countries as well.
