If you could create a fictional Latin American country what would it be like ?

These are things that I have considered before:

-A country that is perfectly balanced triracial all around 1/3rd native 1/3rd SSA 1/3rd euro.
-Country with only Native and African contribution
-A Brazil where there is way more Amerindian ancestry than exists currently.
-As others have mentioned now Brazil as it is now but Spanish speaking, same with Jamaica, and the west Indies generally
-Country that was colonized by Arabs instead of Iberians
-Mexico that retained its original borders including the whole American southwest

"Latinamerican country" says the title.
To be latinamerican is necessary to speak spanish, french, portuguese, etc.
The same mistake when some people say "Jamaicans are latinos"....
They are part of the Caribbeans and of the anglosphere.
Same thing to falklanders... they are southamericams but not latinamericans.
