Article basically says that after the Avar Khaganate disintegrated in late 8th century, the Frankish Empire have allowed local Avars and Slavs to organize their fiefdoms in Transdanubia, under Frankish suzerainty, while in the Alföld, according to historian Szőke Béla the Magyars might have already put their control on after 860, but their main headquarters remained in the Etelköz until 895, when they collectively moved into the rest of the Carpathian Basin.
