I think any specialist would agree this is not healthy for the skin nor for the hair. were you raised like that? you Westerners are so exaggerated with washing yourselves. also not healthy to always live with removed armpit hair and pubic hair. some even shave their ass I've heard. also anal bleaching. it's just unhealthy, both physically and morally.

not at all. I have this discussion at work too, people now who want to feel Westerner start to wash all the time, they're ridiculous. thank God they're a minority in Romania. most don't wash or wash on Saturday evening (like me). but I am thin so I don't stink (most of the time).

At least one shower every morning. Americans can't function without a shower, part of the culture.

Every day when I'm going out if that makes any sense.

I'm on vacation right now and I suffer from dermatitis so sometimes I bathe every second day if I'm staying indoors.

I think it is cultural. In Portugal among men, the daily shower tends to start around puberty and becomes lifelong. I know it is probably not healthy for your skin but between perfect skin or body odor, I rather have no concerns about body odor or messy\unclean hair.

By the way, when I say that I bath every day I mean that I have a quick shower everyday (five to ten minutes). I have a bathtub but I rarely - if ever - use it to take a bath, only as a shower.

In case you are not joking and your answer was for real; aren’t you conscious about your personal smell and how it affects the people around you?

Trust me, if you only take a shower once a week you do stink (no offence). Most likely you are just so used to your body odor that you don't even notice it anymore.

Weird, but that does not work if we're talking about many people with same habits. Everyone will smell the same and no one can say there's a difference.

I remember one friend years ago saying to some indians that "they were smelling like a sweat + curry mix" and they could not understand it, probably because they were so used that it was indifferent.

Answering the question: like any other Brazilian, at least once per day.

I hate to wash (like most Eastern Bloc men) but I admit that the women do wash on here maybe like those in the West. the women's body is also more demanding for that.

but for men once a week should work. I take a quick shower with just little natural soap and washing hair with soap as well on Saturday evening. now for example I will have to wash even if it's already past 2am on here, to get to bed, otherwise my wife won't allow me to the bedroom, because it's bath/shower evening. she calls me a Gypsy from time to time because I bath like real men once a week not like these new men, youngsters, who want to copy Westerners and started to wash more often
