How often do you bathe in a week?

If I go even a day w/o washing my hair it becomes greasy as fuck and unbearable. But it does get a cool sheen. I have very shiny hair.

Once a day before bed. I think it's gross to go to sleep with all the day stuff (dirt, sweat, stranger germs) clinging on you. If I have a heavy work out, during the day as well. I only wash my hair twice a week, as I found that washing it too often dries it out.

but for men once a week should work. I take a quick shower with just little natural soap and washing hair with soap as well on Saturday evening. now for example I will have to wash even if it's already past 2am on here, to get to bed, otherwise my wife won't allow me to the bedroom, because it's bath/shower evening. she calls me a Gypsy from time to time because I bath like real men once a week not like these new men, youngsters, who want to copy Westerners and started to wash more often

And no...womens bodies are not more demanding than men. In fact men sweat and smell faster and stronger than women.

Trust me, if you only take a shower once a week you do stink (no offence). Most likely you are just so used to your body odor that you don't even notice it anymore.

no I don't. I may smell from armpits and feet a bit but it's not stinking, it's manly slightly appealing smell of man's armpits and feet. and I don't mean when they stink. it's different. maybe you Westerners damaged your skin and hair from so much washing that you stink if you skip washing every few hours, lol when you wash less often the body comes along, it's about glands and hormones too. not any body smell is a stink. some women even like the smell of a man's sweated ass - it's a specific smell. like that of a man's feet or armpits. believe me at least Eastern women appreciate it

I think any specialist would agree this is not healthy for the skin nor for the hair. were you raised like that? you Westerners are so exaggerated with washing yourselves. also not healthy to always live with removed armpit hair and pubic hair. some even shave their ass I've heard. also anal bleaching. it's just unhealthy, both physically and morally.



not at all. I have this discussion at work too, people now who want to feel Westerner start to wash all the time, they're ridiculous. thank God they're a minority in Romania. most don't wash or wash on Saturday evening (like me). but I am thin so I don't stink (most of the time).

Wrong, most women can get away with a shower every other day. Different hormones, usually not as prone to body odor or oily hair as men.
