If you haven't tried, I highly recommend trying to reduce the number of hair washes. I used to wash my hair once every other day, now I do it twice a week. It is much healthier for the hair and if you are predisposed to a receding hair line, it could help with that as well, since you're not stressing your hair follicles.

Unless you're one of those guys that, when sweating, you also end up having a drenched head of hair. In that case fuck if I know what to do.

Shower 1-2 times a day more if its really hot. Afterwards i am reborn a God King.

99% of the time I have the Romanian flag on. and people should know me anyway since I've been on this forum for 9 years already. not hiding anything, otherwise I wouldn't have said where I am from. India because I am into Indian spirituality a lot and I relate to that space more than to Romania, spiritually. at an individual level I am doing an Old Rite Orthodox - Buddhist/Yogi religious syncretism while remaining Orthodox which I am by birth and respecting the Orthodox administrative hierarchy.
