This party currently holds 15 seats in the Greek parliament. Even after all these years and Communism's proven flaws, this disease is still so popular in Greece. Why?

It's a remnant of the civil war.
Usually the defeated side of a civil war is idealized and gets more 'sympathy' from the population(e.g. the South in USA)
Don't approach Greece from the perspective of the former Warsaw pact countries.
Greece never experienced communism, but far right opression.

They are hardcore stalinists and extremely conservative.
More close to the communists of North Korea than to european leftists like Podemos,SYRIZA,Die Linke etc.
After the fall of Soviet Union the communists of the west abandoned marxism and turned to 'liberalism',socialdemocracy etc.
Those guys in Greece took a different direction and became ever more stalinist.
Their voters are old people or descentants of persecuted communist families after the civil war.

It's pro globohomo, and it's a huge no. The fact that it was founded by a Jude makes it evident they're not socially conservative. Unironically so, Avraam Benaroya, a Bulgarian Jew, founded the Federation, the workers' union for Thessaloniki, GSEE and ΣΕΚΕ -SEKE (Σοσιαλιστικό Εργατικό Κόμμα Ελλάδας, Socialist Workers' Party of Greece) that was renamed to KKE in 1924 were all founded by him. And they were.... Umm... progressive.

i'm not talking about social conservatism here(although many of their members are) but refusal to change their ideological platform.
    They are monolithic,stuck in 1917.
A communist and a liberal could both be globalists but the first supports an economy based on marxist theory and the second a capitalist one.
    They are not the same.

Is there a histogram or statistical data on amount of seats Greek communists had after each election since 1945?

Greece didn't experience communism to know how bad communism was. But gaining a 5% in all elections shows the opposite, that it is not at all "popular"
