I will not put Mexico because we all know Mexico will win by a large margin so there is no point
also what cuisine do you think has the most disgusting cuisine?

The only latin cuisines I know are Uruguayan/Argentine (except for a few specific plates they’re the same) , Peruvian, some Venezuelan and some Brazilian.

My vote goes for Peru, its the most original and tasty imo.

1- Perú without any doubt.
2- Followed by Colombia and Venezuela in equal.
3- Honduras and El Salvador (I love baleadas and pupusas too).
4- Costa Rica and Nicaragua in equal (gallo pinto, enyucados, indio viejo, "rice and beans" in the Caribbean coast, nacatamales).
5- Paraguay: Sopa paraguaya, chipá, chipá guazú, etc.

All of those 5 I really love.

I like many brazilian dishes too.

I agree Mexican would be my first choice.

If not Mexican I would take Brazillian cuisine and then Argentinian both have lots variation and influences and Argentinians know how to Grill and BBQ meat.

Brazil varies a lot by region, the south is influenced by europe and the north by amerindians (local fruits and vegetables), is different. In general the food is simple with variations in a meal.

Food with bread, cakes and wine i vote in Argentina.
