I love Mexican cuisine, though I haven't tried other Hispanic cuisines.

Definitely try Peruvian, its the most different out of all the others, everything I've tried has been delicious and I'm always impressed by their variety. Definitely don't come expecting rice+beans because that's not what peruvian food is.

I Definitely wanna try more Guatemalan food and northern Brazilian food, seems like amerindian regions in Latin America always have the best food.

Mexican is my favorite (yes, I know, suuuuch a basic bitch) but Peruvian food is also nice, a lot of variety in their cuisine. Cuban is like comfort food, reminds me of my childhood in Miami and the stuff my godmother would cook. Argentines have great dishes as well and Brazil has a lot of interesting fusions due to the history of immigration to their country. Aside from those, I haven't tried enough of the food from other LatinAm nations to comment but I'm sure their cuisines are great.

Cuba must be Spanish (with regional colonial variation). Comfort food resembles Brazilian food in many places...

Cuban food is very fattening and fried. I like it but I could never eat that everyday, it's too heavy. I feel like anything fried is yummy but not very original.

Not many people outside Brazil would agree, but its Brazilian food, we love it.

Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua all have amazing food... I havent tried Peruvian but since its a majority indigenous country it has to have amazing food... our indigenous ancestors enriched our food... the more native influence the food is, the best... the worst are the negro influence ones... i find it very disgusting
