They all do except the very black looking ones, we dont really have very black looking people in Veracruz, they are such a small minority, those are more common in Guerrero (another Mexican state)
Not saying they do not exist but they just dont even make 1% of the population of Veracruz, they are that rare

The ligther ones with few amerindian traits could pass in Eastern Puerto Rico or the Cibao in Dominican Republic?

I have never been to those place but I am assuming they can
although to me a lot of Puerto Ricans look Amerindian admix
the people Daven has shown me before who are Dominican also looked very Amerindian influence but he told me they were common in DR

Some of the Herrera team shots contain more triracials than what you normally would see in a crowd of Dominicans. But if you tell me it's from somewhere in the DR I would probably believe. it. I'm sure @Silverknight agrees.

And some are zambo or mestizo

I only see a few light mestizos. In some of the least SSA areas of the DR you can find a good amount of those phenotypes but they're rarer/not too common elsewhere. I feel like La Línea is the region where they pop up the most.
