    What are the least SSA admixed Caribbean regions, make a list in ascending order. Also, please state SSA admixture averages within the countries and regions involved in the thread.

    Probably, yeah.

    I forgot to mention.... In Panama's case, for instance, only the population or provinces bordering the Caribbean Sea shall be discussed in this thread... Same applies to all other countries or regions.

    Oh... you mean San Blas??
    It has many Cunas population, but probably it has some African-panamanians too.
    Apart It's a quite unpopulated region.
    May be our panamanian mate Axel can help us telling how is that region.

    Mainland provinces bordering the Caribbean Sea, too. Not only San Blas.

    Not sure if we should include provinces like Chiriqui which don't border the Caribbean Sea at all. Although Panama is a Caribbean-shifted country as a whole so we might include Chirique, too.

    Oh, Bocas del Toro and around there is quite african influenced.
