Not to me. She seems a little bit different. Also, her mom didnt look too south asian(and dad looks kind of a mix between south american and some gujarati). So that strengthen my beliefs in her not being south asian. Guess i was wrong though

Yes the mother does look Middle Eastern at first glance but the eyes give away her South Asian origin, no?

Well, pakis here kind of look pretty dark most of the time. Like a mix between afghans and south indians actually. Dont see to many light punjabis.

Also, south asian just seemed too easy. Her parents didnt even look fully south asian.

And south asia as whole didnt really mix much with outsiders. SOuth asians mostly stayed the same and specially nw indians(apart from some maybe) after huge migrations with steppe people from central asia to south asia thousands years ago. So its not like many south asians would look more "midldeeastern" due to middleeastern influence or even afghan, since both are too small in numbers to influence punjabis. You can even expect some punjabis looking maybe euro and not have any recent ancestry from even 20th century
