This one in green looks Basque. Overall they look..Eastern Iberian. You can see some of the variety, there are some blondes and a very freckled red-haired girl.

Pretty much all of them could pass for Western-Med looking Sicilians (which are pretty common in Sicily). Really good-looking people for the most part! Mediterranean types strongly predominate. I feel like there are more gracile Med and less Atlantid influences overall than in other parts of Spain (at least going by the pictures I've seen on Apricity). I see that there is a pretty diverse range of phenotypes (but not as much as in Sicily..). There is also some range in complexion and pigmentation.
