This is so reckless. And they just keep meeting other people as if nothing happens. My country not only fails to identify the vast majority of asymptomatic carriers that can be superspreaders but also fails to test and record symptomatic people. We are 2nd in the world in the % of positive tests in the last couple of weeks, only Mexico beats us.
