An emergency committee of the World Health Organization will convene at a second meeting and assess the situation with the spread of new type of pneumonia.

Or more likely, the folks who run the world are racists just like us, and they not only derive pleasure out of giving new bugs to chinks and nigs, but in order to make it more humiliating, they also come up with a backstory based on some racial stereotype.

I bet there's like an extortion racket where the Jews threaten the chinks that if they don't pay them 100 billion USD, they'll start a new epidemic in China, which gives China bad PR. And they can make the PR impact worse by coming up with a humiliating backstory.
