I saw a chan post from a supposed insider from Jan 31 that successfully predicted the rapid Italian outbreak and measures (something to do with testing capabilities), that also said if you hear of cases in Brazil appearing it's time to start worrying, something to do with the bats there.

I've seen it also, I think we shouldn't take it too seriously.

And then this gem of a newsflash: the Dutch CDC, the RIVM, noted that intense contact investigations into the whereabouts and meetings of the German patient in the German bordertown of Selfkant, who had visited the Dutch province of Limburg only one week before falling ill, are unnecessary. The reason: the victim only became ill one week later. Everybody and his fucking wife know that the incubation time may be stretched up to 24 days minimum or a month. so we're dealing with a bunch of complete and utter retards here.

Uitgebreid contactonderzoek onnodig - aldus RIVM want "het slachtoffer werd pas een week later ziek..". Hebben we hier nu met volstrekte amateurs te maken ? Het coronavirus heeft nu een bewezen incubatietijd van 24 (!) dagen waarbij de persoon al in de eerste week zwaar besmettelijk is zonder zelf enige symptomen te vertonen of zelfs te weten dat men iets onder de leden heeft.

Intense contact investigations unnecessary - says RIVM because: "the victim only fell ill one week later". Are we dealing with complete and utter amateurs here ? The corona virus has a proven incubation time of 24 (!) in which the victim, while not having any symptoms or even being aware of being infected, is already highly contagious.
