What a hilarious topic for discussion. I would rank them cows, pigs, sheep. Cows are likeable and clean. Pigs are likeable, but dirty. Sheep are unlikeable and dirty.

Cows, pigs, then sheep. Cows and pigs have quite the personalities, especially pigs.
Sheep are far more instinct driven and any personality is hard to see. They can be aggressive too. I got headbutted or arse butted more times than I can remember as a kid. That said, we played dare with them too so got our just deserts.
Geese, roosters and big ducks gave us little ones hell too. So much fun was had.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

I voted sheep, because I think lambs are very innocent looking and cute and cuddly. I don't even eat lamb for Easter, which is the tradition in my country. Pigs I find to be dirty and disgusting animals, but I enjoy eating pork an beef too.
