No because Indomestizos/Mestizos aren't Amerindians and Africa is still full of pure blacks.

If the one drop rule was applied then they would be considered Amerindians

Exactly, the "one drop rule" would be a lack of respect to you, the true amerindians, and I am talking seriously.
Only a true amerindian know who is an amerindian and who isn't.

Well that’s impossible to figure out sometimes if indio-Mestizos and Balanced Mestizos can sometimes look like full Amerindians and indistinguishable, I don’t think I’ve ever meet a Amerindian with that mentality since they’re all Latin American where mixedness is the norm, only differences is Mestizos and indio-mestizos are westernized(hispanisized) while some amerindians still live only a traditional isolated life away from cities and urban centers and more rural

    I agree.
The one drop rule could be applied may be in some cases when the amerindian % reach the 10% at least and it shows in some trait may be.
I mean between pure natives to castizo/criollo range.

The vast majority of the time Mestizos/Indomestizos are noticeably mixed. In Guatemala it's pretty common for an Indigenous folks to distinguish one self from the "non-Indians", even what you would consider a "Indomestizo" are seen as a "non-Indian". One would need to understand the language to see the mentality, Indigenous folks can be very ethnocentric.

Okay well applying the one drop rule would make them all Native American even if they see each other differently
