I don't see anything Finno-Ugric in her to be honest. Such prominent upper eyelid is atypical for Finno-Ugric people also she has negative canthil tilt that also is atypical.
She looks very Bulgarian to me. Compare her with these Bulgarian women.
Most Bulgarians have prominent upper eyelids while Finno-Ugric peoples via versa.
