The problem is that your majority harnizo, mestizo and indomestizo population is brown and darker than the average of whites, pardos and black brazilians. In Brazil whites are a common big group of our society, its not like Mexico where whites are always associated with European Superiority, here whites are just normal brazilians. Keep in mind that the people in the case of Mexico were low income people from the public university of UNAM (free public university by the way where majority of the students are low income) and also many of them had origins in Southern Mexico
less than 10% of the rest of the samples were coming from elsewhere of the nation

The Brazilian samples were majority from Porto Algre but that doesn't really matter much

Afro Brazilians: 50.6
Admixture: 49% Black + 39% European + 11% Amerindian

Afro Mexicans: 48.2

Something that seems obvious when you are in Mexico in the most populated zone (from Guadalajara to Veracuz, passing by Mexico City-Puebla), and there are even more indigenous regions than that.

No moron, no genetic study done on Amerindians in Mexico put them as fully Amerindian LOL majority fall between 60-90% Amerindian with the average being between 70-80%

Yup, this is why more euro admixture doesnt necessarily mean more lighter in skin tone. There was also a study published not too long ago that showed that light skin can also come from your Amerindian genes, and it was a special gene that was only found among Amerindians, I'll look for it and post it here

I am thinking that Amerindians of Mexico have this particular light skin gene that is coming from their amerindian side

If you look at Afro Brazilians vs Afro Mexicans, you will see that Afro Mexicans came out more Amerindian and less European vs Afro Brazilians coming out less Amerindian and more European. Yet afro Mexicans came out lighter, so that means the Euro genes in Afro Brazilians didn't help much at all in terms of lightness
