I adhere to a minimum 12 to 16 hour overnight fast everyday. I never wake up hungry.

However, I do like a cafe breakfast once in a while with friends.

morning: just as I wake up I drink a bit of water, then I have a coffee (no sugar, no milk) as soon as I get to work

until lunch: a bit of water when I am thirsty

lunch: usually a no-meat no-dairy meal, sometimes I avoid carbs and I have some fish like canned sardines

dinner: usually a no-meat no-dairy meal, sometimes fish like fresh sea bream (orata), European sea brass (levrek) or salmon

often cook all sorts of pasta.

so, yes, I almost never eat breakfast or until lunch and often I have late lunch like 2-3pm, sometimes even 4 pm

I make gourmet quality omelets and scrambled eggs: In omelets, I use diced onions, garlic and jalapeños, sliced fine cheese squares, then I mix in 3 or 4 organic eggs and cook it in a covered frying pan on a thin layer of olive oil (or algae oil), and smoked paprika. When cooking it, I use a spatula tp turn it over, and slightly serve to slightly browned. I live with my nephew now (a Stanford Graduate), and he loves my breakfasts and coffee, but his girlfriend is amazed by it.

When making oatmeal, I cook usually use oat milk, almond milk, cashew milk or pistachio milk. If I cook with cow milk, then I'm careful to use the finest organic milk. As it starts boiling, I stir it, and make sure that it doesn't burn, and will thicken (but not gluey). I might add organic milk, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, when finished.

As for coffee, I usually use a Chemex Coffeemaker, that's shaped like a chemistry beaker. In fact, its inventor is a German Chemist by the name of Peter Schlumbohm (1896-1962). I grind fine whole bean Arabica Coffee in an OZO coffee grinder. These days, I use Henry's Coffee from San Francisco. I pour boiling water to clean and heat up the coffeemaker, then pour it out and place a paper filter on the now empty coffeemaker. I use a Fellow gooseneck hot water kettle to heat the water, and I usually use spring water or glacier water. Then I pour the hot water into the ground coffee and filter. It serves 3 or 4 people.

I also usually have a reduced appetite in the morning, but the problem is that my surroundings (wife, daughter, mother) do not allow me to stay without breakfast and always overfeed me. I always try to fight with huge portions of food that I have been overfeeded, but it is useless. Women in my family believe, the more I eat the better.

So only when I leave somewhere and remain on my own care, then I eat very late and very unhealthy food.

I work evening shift and most of the time get home around midnight or just before 00:30. I am most hungry around this time. I eat ok for lunch, hardly anything for supper bc work food for 2nd shift is nasty leftovers. When I wake up I have sth small then snack until lucnch.

I can't eat much in the morning unless it's a bit later like brunch so usually have a coffee or tea. I prefer something sweet with hot drinks like pancakes or fruit. I was always like that, skipping breakfast most of the time. Last pregnancy I was able to eat a big breakfast (my midwife advised me to gain a certain amount of weight which I did) but this pregnancy is totally different I have already lost 5kg because of lack of appetite so my breakfast is very small. My biggest meal is lunch by far (lots of salads, fruit, nuts etc).
