Anyone else rarely eat breakfast or lunch?

My breakfast: 2 croissant + 0,5L Cola
Lunch: daily menu in the school
Dinner: i don't eat much except when i'm going to party and i will drink alcohol, then i eat a hamburger or something before that

Today for example-

Breakfast- Egg whites, coffee, and 1 cookie.

Lunch- Pasta with Bolognese, peas, water.

I actually eat less later in the day, a very light dinner usually. If I eat a lot at night I find I get stomach aches in bed, so I'm kinda the opposite of you Paleo.

I eat a light breakfast. A bowl of oatmeal and a hard boiled egg usually. Enough to give me energy but not weigh me down.

The same menu for everyday breakfast. Sometimes I change oatmeal for corn grits or a mix of rice and millet.

To me, breakfast is almost a ritual. Can't really imagine a good morning without it. One of my favorites is having a bowl of cereal, especially the various kinds of sugary ones that are probably meant for children. I guess you could say I never outgrew them. Still love starting the day on a sweet note.

When I'm in a rush, I'll at least make a quick sandwich, and eat it on the way.

Lol, same here bro. I thought that's only me. I don't have any taste senses in the morning, the only thing I would probably eat in the morning is small bowl with sliced fruits and orange juice, that would be expensive tho for everyday.

Yes, me, not always but most of the times. I eat a lot during dinner, which is not really indicated.

eating breakfast is such a chore.... I mostly just eat to make sure I maintain my weight.... I have very little actual appetite.....

Yea I usually don't eat until I am feeling hunger pains at the end of the day , maybe its because I am not doing a lot of physical work anymore, I am the kind of person where I am either in bed or fully awake I don't really have an inbetween, i don't even drink coffee.
