Food makes me wanna puke in the mornings for some reason and I am rarely hungry enough at lunch

I don't really like breakfast, especially on work days (I trade stocks and in the mountain time zone, the market opens early), so I usually just have a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with soy milk. I know that's poor nutritionally, but I'm most concerned with eliminating hunger pangs and filling my stomach quickly so I can more efficiently read market conditions. I usually eat ramen or leftovers for lunch.

My circadian rhythm is such that I'm most stressed first thing in the morning. I also have acid reflux disease. Cortisol is a stress hormone that also regulates digestion. In some people (myself included), it cannot simultaneously send distress signals to the brain and regulate stomach acid. Therefore, my condition is the worst first thing in the morning. I feel very little stress, if any, at nighttime.

I actually don't like eating that much at all. It distracts from watching the market, from reading, from watching documentaries, etc. If I could just take a pill to eliminate the need to eat, I would. I find vegetarian food to be much easier on my stomach and throat.

If I get up at 6:30 - 7:00 then I'll have a good fry-up and some fruit for breakfast, if I get up later than that then I don't really get too hungry but I'll still eat some fruit, oatmeal or granola etc...

My dad and I get up at around 5am everyday, but I’m never hungry for breakfast. Also at school I don’t eat the lunch that is served... usually I have my first meal when I get home from school and I’m like a hungry coyote... I don’t eat dinner a lot because of homework and I go to sleep early. I’m always in the mood for milk though

Yes. Usually milk with some cereals. Also pancakes with strawberry or cherry jam at weekends.

Lunch: whatever goodies mama makes. Today was tomato flavoured soup with hilopites (some really nice egg pasta).

Dinner: usually what we eat at noon or: some toast, homemade burgers or yogurt.

We have no pizza at the school only Lasagne and everyone says the school menu is shit but i like it

yea when I was doing my courses I was always starving at the end of the day XD, we had a good deli on campus so I used to go there.
