Disagree. At least in Russia Greeks (even mixed with Russians) resembled more Georgians (especially Mingrelians) and (to certain degree) Armenians. The only Slavic groups where Greeks could pass are South Slavs and Ukrainians (Pontid-Dinaric ones).

Yeah, your opinion only. Slavic ancestry as a hole isn't even present at 15% in Macedonia. Pontic and Asia Minor Greeks aren't even 30% of all of Macedonia's population. And even them are predominantly Pontid or Atlanto-Med.

Normal Greeks are often Alpinized Mediterraneans or dinaricized East Meds/Pontids, Greek Islanders are normal Greeks mixed with Orientalids and Cypriots are Orientalids with normal Greek admixture. Pontic Greeks are mostly Anatolids, Armenoids with occasional Arabids, Iranids, Ponto-Iranids and some Mtebids and Irano-Nordids.

Common SW Euro types like Gracile-Med, Atlanto-Med, Atlantid, Berid, Alpine-Med are rare in Greece. The overlap of SW Europe with Greece happens mostly in South Italy due to many Dinaro-Meds and some Armenized types.
