Super Bowl LIV, broadcast world-wide yesterday, epitomizes American high culture. It shows the world what we are all about. Black men wearing pads slamming into one another at high speeds. Damn it man. The Super Bowl makes me proud to be an American.
It doesn't matter to me that America has a lower Median Stanford-Binet IQ than every country in Europe except Greece**. It's not how smart you are. It's what you do with what you got. Let's not forget that it's the American brain trust (not the English, German, or French) who created the biggest, most powerful fast-food franchise in the history of the world. Yum.
