No, I don't view them as Arabs. They are Turks, speaking a totally different language to Arabic. Turkish is influenced by Arabic and Persian though.

Lol Ottoman dialect was an Elite written language. Nobody has ever speaked it in daily life. Even sultans wrote their private letters in vulgar Turkish.

In my opinion 20-25% ( In South Italy 10 % ) of Turks can look arab ( not arabs from Yemen/Oman ) and 50-65% med and/or mena and 10 % dinarid/alpine...
