I have to say the Resident Evil franchise. Even though it's an erratic franchise, with games ranging from terrible to amazing. It's still the franchise that gets me excited with every new release.

I haven't played Nioh 1 and 2, but they look very cool and hard! I will buy them one day too

Between the Elder Scroll series or The Witcher. I also love the Fallout series, even the 4th installment, I didn't dare to play 76 though. I am big fan of the Legend of Zelda Franchise, I haven't played many if them though, but I follow them closely, and i am very excited for the Breath of the Wild sequel.
