    Ok.
    They should be very similar.
But Argentina recived a very big number os south italians.
Some of them are light skinned, but others are quite wogs (included olive skin) while in Brazil most italians came from the north (in Argentina It's a tie/draw, but in big cities of the Pampa Húmeda region, the most populated, recived more from the south).
Then spanish-argies and luso-brazilians are probably in the same category.
But of course It's not a rule.
Even though that was comparing +85% Euro argies and brazilians.
If we consider also clearly mixed individuals Argentines as a whole will be lighter than brazilians by far.

I think discussing about phenotypes is cool, the problem is not realizing that this subject is pure pseudo science, and also the lack of impartiality.

Similar to Peru skin tones type 3 - 5 are the most common with 4 being dominant, the darkest Amerindians I meet are usually the lightest skin tone type 5 though bordering on 4

In Brazil, Southern Italians went mainly to the city of São Paulo and were heavily involved in anarchists movements, while the ones that isolated themselves in countryside communities were mainly from the North.

This is what "average" Brazilians would look like if everyone mixed.

Somewhere between IV and V perhaps.
