Chinese food is diverse, so we are covering Cantonese food today. We head to the wet market and buy all of our fresh Chinese ingredients, and head home to cook a normal Chinese meal. Vivi did her best!
Come and join us as we ride into a traditional area and see a real life Chinese wet market. It was an interesting, disgusting, and educational experience.
Do you know what is considered real Chinese food? It certainly is not your lo mein, pork fried rice, and sesame chicken. We live in China, and are lucky enough to eat real Chinese food everyday. But the real excitement comes when you go to the countryside in different Chinese provinces. That's when you see the real culinary diversity show it's head. Is it dirty? Yeah, a lot of the time... Is it delicious? Yes! Most of the time. Does it get boring? No. China is known for it's food, so come with us as we go dig up some local grub in a random village in the Chinese countryside and compare it to food that we get in the cities in China.
