Are Hungarian "eyes" a thing?

So my father's side of the family all have similar shaped eyes. "That's how we can tell that he (referring to my cousin's newborn son) is a (insert last name here)". I also have this trait as I am a spitting image of my dad.

I've also can see this with Hungarian personalities, people in general.

I think you talk about "this". Some hungarians have it yes, and not even that rare. I would call it rather steppe eyes.
