Are Hungarian "eyes" a thing?

I think you talk about "this". Some hungarians have it yes, and not even that rare. I would call it rather steppe eyes.

Yours look very large. Maybe a Med look? It just looks like they are open wide with a lot of eye visible. To be honest it is hard to tell without seeing the full face or your face from the side.

colour is greenish blue same as mine.

Not the best photo , but think epicanthic fold can be seen at side of eye.
