idk, one rep maxes are lame
currently on 125kg 5x5, which is around 280lbs.
I could probably lift somewhere in the mid to upper 130s or maybe 140.

Never did PR but benching 120kg for 8-10 reps regularly. But since everyone is doing bench press (I am personally not lover of it and I am sure I could do more if I focus on it) I am interested to know does anyone doing Squat and Dealdlift (my favorite exercise) and much you can lift?
