Is cheating more acceptable in some cultures over others?

Thanks for sharing. I don't want to speak on behalf of French people, so I'm glad you came in. I had French roommates and they are great people. I do think in the US there's more of a thread going on of couples enganging in open relationships(at least in big cities like NY, LA, San Francisco) is more of a novel concepts. When it comes to Latin America(at least in my country), I would say since the culture is more traditional women can turn a blind eye. Nowadays, I can't exactly say since feminism has emerged so things could have changed.

divorcing in US cost you everything ,it's very harsh for the both parts with the scammers,heu sorry i would say the lawers,if you have catch a mortgage or a loan for your house or flat is deadly,in europe we divorce like anywhere but the cost,i couldn't really help you because i don't know many intimates in my private circle who are divorced many are single or non married but living together,or married ,but in the case than there is a divorce the two parts are consulting and try to find a field of agreement ,we take lesser mortgage or big loans like the US does our houses don't belongs to corrupted loaners like freddy mae and freddy mac,the famous subprimes crisis,it's a bit different here,the civil laws are a bit more framed and bit lesser liberal,we have more something equivalent ,called the notary, to the common law in the US but is very framed ,even than they aren't cheap too

In Latin America happens something really weird, couples are really really jealous one from the other, but at the same time both are very infidel and extra-marriage adventures are common.

What was the first? Jealousy or infidelity? What provoked the other?

I am not sure about cheating but from what I have seen there is a significant difference between the southern peoples and the northern peoples in terms of approaches to the issue of marital fidelity. Men of northern peoples seem to be somewhat genetically programmed to share their women with strangers.
