There was a great channel called Reactionary Expat that is unfortunately gone, thankfully there's a mirror channel for his videos though. He had superb insight, on Australia especially, I'd strongly recommend his videos.

Totally unfamiliar with this Youtuber but agree with this video and had similar experiences in Asia, particularly Japan. Japan is worth a visit if you haven't been.

I wouldn't say there's a 'best' youtuber. As long as it isn't any of the TikTok children or vloggers, I think American Youtubers are generally in the clear.
