Sincerely, no. I saw a quite beautiful girl in a pizzeria in Bucharest. Tall, pretty, thin, blonde and blue eyed. She was the most similar person to this Spanish that I remember. But well, in these times I gave a fuck about looks.

In Brasov we were in a bus and I asked to a guy where we should stop. He was 20 years old more or less and he had blue eyes.
In the hotel of Bucharest one of the recepctionist women also had blue eyes, iirc.

Most of Romanians were brown eyed and haired. By absolute far.
