“Disgraced the honor of the family”: Ingush stabbed own sister to death because of the video in internet.

In the capital of Ingushetia (Russia), 37-year-old man killed own sister with three stabs after he saw an online video with her participation on social networks. The footage shows how the operatives broke into the apartment. The man seeing the video and recognizing own sister on it, could not stand the shame and killed her, after which he came to the nearest police station and wrote a confession.

That killed woman herself might well have been a victim of these Altemirov brother's gang.

Because most North Caucasians are actually Muslims, yeah. Arab Christians for example don't do such things either which is mostly religious motivated actions.

I don't know about ethnic arab Christians, but I know there was an incident in Iraq in the 2000s where an ethnic Yezidi girl was stoned to death for dating an Sunni Male in Northern Iraq. It caused an uproar and US troops had to control cloud movements. Also Assyrians are endogamous and actively carry out disownment and I would not be surprised if they carried out honor killings! Also honor killings is common in kurdish communities. Afghans do as well in Europe and America. Tbh Honor killings seem to be a West Asian thing than an religious thing.
