    In Britain it is train>coach/bus>plane (around 90% of air journeys in the UK are international).
    In Colombia it is coach/bus>plane (Bogota-Medellin and Bogota-Cali are now among the busiest routes in the world)>train (Colombia's rail network is negligible).
