Is Canada more diverse than US when talking about immigrants? I mean immigrants on US seem to be 90% Mexicans and other Central Americans while Canada are usually Indians, Somalis, Iranians, Pakis, Chinese, etc.

Yes, considerably so, although we have some of each of these groups in the U.S., depending on where you live (Somalis, Vietnamese, Laotians here)

Usually the projected figures for the minority are higher. more often the projected figures won't be reached

Not as much: like the USA, Brazil is very diverse in terms of race and phenotype but is mostly monolingual; as for China, it is not really that diverse relative to its vast size, especially when compared to neighbouring India.

Yes, Spanish, for example, is much more spoken in the US than Brazil.
The only places in Brazil with a significant proportion of Spanish (or Portunhol) speakers lies the border towns with Hispanic America, and let's not forget most of the Brazilian population live far away from the borders.

In the US, you have many things written in Spanish, like radio, TV, ads... not a common thing in Brazil, to not say nonexistent.
