Brazil is a candidate but far from the United States London and Paris are multicultural cities but they are only cities, although they are good competition against New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston.

Miami is essentially a Latin American and Caribbean city. The percentages of Asian, Middle Eastern and SSA immigrants are not that high. And is Boston really that multiracial either?

Boston is not multi racial, but if multie-European despite the dominance of the Irish and British element there are small percentages of other Europeans, I don't know if you understand me.

The Gulf Arab countries have extremely high percentages of immigrants (in Dubai it reaches 80%), albeit mainly from a relatively limited range of countries. Likewise Hong Kong and Singapore. Turkey hosts the world's largest refugee population (mainly Syrians), as well as longstanding immigrant and minority communities from nearby countries in Europe and the Caucasus. Russia has lots of immigrants from the Caucasus and Central Asia, but admittedly not so many from elsewhere.

Nevertheless, I do get your point.

The same is true of many other cities and countries though.

Miami is likely much safer than a comparable Latin American city. The Cubans there might have different music and food etc but they are Americanized. A couple of the black hoods there are dangerous.

Chicagoland is largely a big ass midwestern metropolis chock full of Big Ten university graduates. Parts of the city have been invaded by illegals from C. America unfortunately in recent years.

Miami is not a city with many crimes if we compare it with a Latin American city, or with Chicago, Baltimore, Detroid.

There is some great American city that is not invaded by illegals?
