I will agree that Islam is more HOSTILE towards the West, but I'd still argue that Indian civilisation/culture is more DISTINCT from the West.

From a Portuguese perspective it has to be the Islamic world undoubtedly. I can not conceive someone proposing that India is the vehemently antithetical civilization to the West, lol, especially based on religion. It doesn't matter if they do not adhere to an Abrahamic religion, in many aspects their religions are more similar to Christianity than Islam (Hinduism and Jainism core values of tolerance and path to spiritual purity and enlightenment through disciplined nonviolence are kinda similar to Christian values and the complete opposite of Islam which encourages violence and subjugation).

Latin America is culturally mostly Western anyway. Now in terms of economics, I do agree it is less 'Westernised' (if by that you mean 'affluent') than much of East Asia and the Middle East, but that's another matter.

WH are not common in Mex. Jared also stated does not like Christian MENA/Levatines in a CNN interview. He seems to more NW European centrist. What do you think of him?
