Next to no Englishman would consider himself Germanic, Germanic identity has zero importance in the uk save for a few history geeks who are disenchanted with modern Britain. They don't even like Europeans, never mind the germans who messed them up good in the blitz, they're grudge holders, lived in uk most my life I should know.

The Englishman has no meta-ethnic identity, hes strictly nationalistic and isolate. The celtic nations have a much stronger sense of cultural ties and identity, maybe that's why theyre less cucked and more white.
Well, at this point you are probably right, it is possible that most englishs do not mind Germanic identity. But I have not seen that they are very interested in Celtic identity, although the English are 50% Celtic and still retain many cultural things about them. The English have many things in common with the Germanic.

Pan-Germanic, Pan-Celtic, Pan-Slavic, Pan-Romance etc identity is mostly a meme everywhere. Most people only care about their nations. Celtic, Germanic etc are historical categories that have little relevance today.

Well I would say it was like a kind of cultural bond, in Nazi Germany there was something similar, but all that was in the past.

Depends where you go, but communities celebrate the Viking stuff in Scotland as they do Celtic also. We don't get hung up on it.

Not even Germany is a majority-germanic (aka nordic) country.

But are we speaking in a genetical sense, or more in a socio-cultural sense? In the second case it could, moreso in Scotland.

Yes they are. The UK is majority Celtic. France is majority Celtic, Spain-Portugal is.
