Why does it seem like certain types of women are off limits/reserved for other guys?

Whenever I’m outside I notice there are two types of girls-ones who I could see myself with(extremely unlikely, but still conceivable) and others where I simply can’t picture it at all. Usually the latter consists of all American blonde types, but also women who have certain faces. Not connected with attractiveness by the way.

Gut feelings are a lot of times true. True. Personality is usually the reason now that I think of it. Not many females into nerdy losers
