Every human being is really xxxized at some point in their history. I am a little puzzled by the Arabs. I mean not all the Arabs of Arabia were always Arab either that is most are Arabized. The same is true about the Chinese, Anatolian Turks (more recently than the Arabs), Iranians, Spaniards, Greeks, etc. Small groups are constantly expanding that is a recurrent theme in history.

Maghrebinias are plainly regarded as North Africans. North Africans (and Middle Easterners) are not appreciated in Germany, because there are far too much of them in Germany. One of the main characteristics that is observed by the population is North Africans are far over average criminal. I do just tell this, because there was asked for an honest answer.

Admixture calculators show most today North Africans have 15-20% SSA. This will be the minimum SSA proportion for Maghrebinians, I guess. But general people will not consider notable differences between North Africans and Arabs proper.
