Muslims can piss off quite frankly, they are way too problematic.
Indeed. I mean..we need to face reality sooner or later, and the facts are that Israel is indeed far more civilized than much of the middle east despite it's own problems within the country. As happycow noted, Palestinians are treated the best in Israel in contrast in other Arab countries which is indeed a big irony to say the least. In fact, my dad once told me the same thing as well. Yes, Islam is WAY to much of a problem to have any footing in the region.

Yeah, that's right. If Israel is not good enough, you can always move to Santa Marta or Barranquilla and join the Palestinian diaspora over here. Most Palestinians make it big over here, many of them are mayors and what not.

    Christians and Atheists, that is.

By the way, despite the UAE being a Muslim country, I think Anglo countries have a lot of influence there because of investment and tourism - English usage is moderately widespread. Hopefully they will become secular in time. That's yet another promising country in the Middle East! Loads of non-Muslim foreigners.

Islam is what makes things worse in the Middle East to be honest and it's often attached to Pan-Arabism ideologies. The Levant is so much better than Arabia to be honest. It's a shame it fell under Islamic rule. Lebanon is being absorbed by Muslims as we speak.

Latin America is indeed very free which is why so many Levantine Christians fled there, rofl. Obviously. I mean..you know what's really funny? Is that Arabs did not originated from Arabia but rather from the Black desert region of Jordan and Southern Syria. In fact, Aramaeans had the most cultural and linguistic impact on the ancient Arabs like the Nabateans or the Qedarites and so on:
Evidence for contact between Arabic and Aramaic spans from the middle of the first millennium BCE to the late sixth century CE, and is concentrated in the southern Levant and northwest Arabia.2 Perhaps one of the earliest examples for Arabic speakers using Aramaic as a written language comes from the 5th-century-BCE Nile Delta. A king of Qedar, Qayno son of Gośam,3 commissioned an Aramaic votive inscription dedicated to hn-ʔlt ‘thegoddess’(Rabinowitz1956).Arabic names can be found in transcription across the Levant in Aramaic inscriptions (Israel 1995), and in most cases names with an Arabic etymology terminat-ing in the characteristic nal -w , reecting an original nominative case (Al-Jalladforthcoming).Arabic and Aramaic language contact reaches a climax in the written record at the end of the first millennium BCE with the arrival of inscriptions in the Nabataean script. The Nabataeans established a kingdom in the region of Edom in the fourth century BCE, which at its greatest extent spanned from the Ḥawrān to the northern Ḥigaz. While they, like their contemporaries across the Near East, wrote in a form of Imperial Aramaic, the spoken language of the royal house and large segments of the population was Arabic. Unlike other examples of Aramaic written by Arabic speakers so far, Nabataean Aramaic incorporated Arabic elements into its writing school, such as the optative use of the perfect, the negator ɣayr, anda signicant number of lexical items relating to daily life (Gzella 2015: 242–243).

History based on archaeological and epigraphic data rather than from Islamic scholars indeed made many Arabians upset. No joke. I was called a shami dog for stating that Arabs originally came from the North to Arabia rather than the other way around. I mean, any ethnic identity should not be imposed by anyone, and if say Christians or any other Levantines wish to identify themselves as say Aramaeans then they should not be forced not to like say with Mimi Laham AKA Syrian Girl.

I judge people independently, but I'm not a fan of Maghrebis as a culture. They're very Islamic and very antisemitic.

Self conscious Latinos are obsessed with Levantines in general, esp. Lebanon but also non Muslim Levant minorities. Multiple of them actually became Presidents in LatAM
