I meant about the difference between urban complex of buildings, one is complexed, the second is loosed. Tenement house by the tenement house vs. Tenement, grass, 20 meters away a second tenement. Contractually speaking Austrian and Prussian Poland is different than those territories from Russian Partition.

Only the Czech Republic could really be considered Central European IMO, anything beyond that is a bit iffy.

Interesting, what is iffy in Slovakia for example? Or Slovenia where parts of it were centuries within Austria

Depends on how one defines "Central Europe." If based on Germany, then no. If Germany is "west," and Central Europe is Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia, - and maybe Lithuania - then yes. I think that is a bloc of countries with strong historic, economic, political, and social similarities.

    I totally agree with it

Personally I don't define Central Europe at all, I define post Soviet countries, Intermarium(all countries between former Soviet Union and Germany except for Greece which is in South), South Europe(Balkans and Iberia) and West Europe(all the rest)
