But all nations in Africa lack behind a lot of things that Mexico has, even Africa's richest nation could never compete against Mexico

I do wish for African nations to be great, they have a lot of potential, sadly there is too much greed and corruption
even in Angola, when I traveled there, there are nice developed areas but it still lacks behind Mexico in so many things, a lot of their roads are just bad, their infrastructure is horrible
tons of extreme poverty, with a tiny minority ruling and robbing the nation from its wealth
