Well, Mestizos don't look Spaniards since they're race mixed while Jews from the Iberian peninsula are racially fully Caucasoids which they can end up looking very Iberian even if their genotype isn't. I mean, some Iberians here told me that me and my big brother can pass for native Iberians as well even though we don't have a single percentage of Iberian admixture in our genepools.

Show me where I've done that. I didn't say a single of the French Jews you posted looked Middle Eastern. She does look fairly Middle Eastern. Does she have some visible south Euro influence? Basically this. Me and my family for example look pseudo-Europeans and all that, and yet we're genetically MENA and so on. As you said "genotype=/=phenotype" and we already had established that Western Jewish peoples are genetically half middle eastern on average(predominately Levantine with some west asian genetic components here and there).
