Yep, even in a city in the US that is majority black and Hispanic it’s the whites with the highest educational attainment and incomes, they may work in the city center but it’s not where they live, many will live outside the greater city name here area.

1/3 of the schools in Baltimorgue had zero students that were proficient in math. In my rural country town when I was in high school we only had one student who transferred from a school in Indiana that did not graduate, this was in 1982 and 245 out of 246 got a diploma.

of course they will have a higher income, 99% of them were born into that wealth lol
whereas most Hispanics who moved to these rich neighborhoods started from the bottom or had poverty illegal immigrant parents

I live in New York and it is mostly because of whites, Jews and Asians that the city is so rich. Also, what about the crime rates Genius ? You conveniently left that out. So, anyway, Washington has one of the highest crime rates in America with a crime rate of 60 per one thousand residents. The chance of becoming a victim of either violent or property crime is in one in 17.

The only one with a decent amount of blacks/ Aframs that are wealthy is D.C and some parts of the Atlanta area.. the rest are white hispanic areas.
