Again, I don't know what ethnicity he belonged to since he jumps from one ethnicity to the next and so on. Just on the mere fact that he couldn't able to write or understand Arabic is evidence enough that he's not an Arab let alone a Palestinian. Just saying.

Obviously. I mean not trying to get them to acknowledge us Palestinians or whatever since that they will always see us as some kind of foreign invaders or something due to their own political biases and so on(it's not a one sided thing really since Palis also look at Jews as such as well). Not to mention that the US is basically Israel's lawyer, so there's no an actual balanced referee in the whole conflict.
